Refund Policy

At Zorq AI, we want billing to stay predictable and fair.

Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in limited cases such as:

  • Material service failure that prevents reasonable use of paid features

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Used credits
  • Partially consumed subscriptions
  • Dissatisfaction based only on creative preference or prompt outcome
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal, and access continues through the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
